William Wirt Winchester (18371881) was the second president of the Winchester Repeating Arms Company from 1880 to 1881.

He was the son of Oliver Fisher Winchester and Jane Ellen Hope and was born in Boston. He married Sarah Lockwood Pardee on September 30, 1862. He died in New Haven, Connecticut and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery in New Haven.
