Homelink Property Services

History Homelink Property Services was established in 1990 by Founder and Chairman Colum McCloskey. Since Homelinks Inception the company has grown and developed into one of Northern Ireland's leading property firms.

Homelink Operates several companies within the group including Homelink Online ltd, Homelink International and Homelink Financial Services.

Homelink Online Ltd

Homelink Online ltd was developed and implemented in 2006 and revolutionises the way properties are bought and sold. Until this point the vendor would have to appoint an agent to represent them in the sale of their property, this service attracted fees of 1-2% of the sale price. Homelink Launched www.homelinkonline.co.uk to allow vendors to sell their own house through a specialised listing service for a flat fee. This reduced the need to appoint an agent thus saving the vendor thousands of pounds in fees.

Homelink Online is the first site of its kind, utilising the latest technology to ensure total automation and efficiency. Andrew McCloskey serves as Director of operations and was appointed in January 2006.

Homelink RF protocol

Homelink is also the name given to a standard RF protocol for controlling home devices, such as garage doors, lights, locks and security systems, wirelessly. Hundereds of cars come with homelink installed (usually as an option or in higher trim-levels). See www.homelink.com.
