Thanks for uploading File:Triple-town-bear.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from or who created it. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Infobox for Triple Town

What is the "state:" part of an infobox for?

"Determines the initial collapsed state of the infobox. Set =collapsed to put the box in collapsed state initially. Set =expanded to put the box in expanded state initially. Set =autocollapse to have the box's initial collapsed state be determined automatically based on the number of other templates in the article that also have the "collapsible" attribute. (Has no effect if collapsible is not used)"

It seems to me that an article you worked on, Rangiora High School, may be copied from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZM7jaQSwII. It's entirely possible that I made a mistake, but I wanted to let you know because Wikipedia is strict about copying from other sites.

Hatnotes

Please don't create hatnotes pointing to school houses. The school houses are not notable, and if you tried to create articles about them I think they would be deleted very promptly. They also do not have the same name as the person they are named after - the house name might be "Hillary", but the article on the person is at Edmund Hillary. It is unlikely that anyone will go the the Edmund Hillary article looking for information on the house. Finally, there are often numerous items named after famous people. See Ernest Rutherford#Items named in honour of Rutherford's life and work as an example. It would be silly to try to create hatnotes for all of the things listed in that section.-gadfium 01:44, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:RHS map.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:RHS map.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
