WZDX TV, FOX 54, the FOX television affiliate in Huntsville, Alabama, is owned by Grant Broadcasting. WZDX-TV also broadcasts The WB programming on its secondary digital subchannel 54-2, branded with the fictitious call letters WAWB-TV. Studios are located on North Memorial Parkway (U.S. Highway 231/431), with transmitter and tower on Monte Sano Mountain. Originally, the station's tower and transmitter were on Green Mountain; studios were located in northwest Huntsville. It now shares a tower with WAAY. WZDX was the second broadcaster in Huntsville to install a digital transmitter.

The station began broadcasting in April 1985. In the beginning, WZDX was North Alabama's first independent TV station, but two years later, in 1987, it became a charter affiliate of the new FOX network.
