Weapon
A weapon is a tool used to multiply the amount of damage that a human can do to another human, animal or thing. A weapon may be anything from a simple lever such as a club (which increases the force of a blow through increased angular momentum) to an ICBM. Pretty much any technology can be used as a weapon. E.g. bio-weapons, eco-weapons and chemical weapons. See also netwar for a discussion on using information technology as a weapon.
Strategies, and doctrines are included here becase they fit the above definition of a weapon.
