Usage

This template is under development by staff at the Leo Baeck Institute, New York and the Center for Jewish History. Its purpose is to facilitate the improvement of articles related to digitized archival collections at Leo Baeck Institute and the Center for Jewish History.

The current parameters are:

title = Enter the title of the item. This is usually something like "Julius Bab Collection (1895-1977)".

pid = Enter the PID as listed in the digital catalog record at http://www.lbi.org/digibaeck/ or access.cjh.org. A valid pid is required to generate links to resources at LBI/CJH.

type = Please specify whether the item is a book, archival collection, or periodical. Currently this just describes the item in the external link, but this may be used for conditional formatting for different object types in the future.

callNumber = Please the call number from the catalog at search.cjh.org or lbi.org/digibaeck. Please do not use microfilm call numbers, which begin with "MF".
