Fargo is an upcoming television series on FX, based on the film of the same name.

Cast

Production

In 2012 it was announced that FX is developing a new TV series based on the film Fargo with the Coens as executive producers.[1] It was later announced that adaptation would be a 10-episode limited series.[2] On August 2, 2013, it was announced that Billy Bob Thornton has signed on to star in the series. Later on September 27, 2013 Martin Freeman has also signed on to star.[3] On October 3, 2013, it was announced that Colin Hanks would be cast in the role of Duluth Police Deputy Gus Grimly.[4] It is currently being filmed in and around Calgary, Alberta.
