Ying 嬴 is a Chinese surname. It is the royal house name of the early Qin (state), and Qin Dynasty. Ying Zheng, the first emperor of the unified Chinese empire.

Ying (皋) family, Feizi (非子, Biza) get the Qin County (秦邑) in Shanxi from Government of Zhou Dynasty the King_Xiao_of_Zhou period, therefore started the Qin Dynasty.[7]
