The T.O. Show is an American reality television series that will premiere on The Substitute Channel on June 14, 2004. It follows Terrell Owens and his 80-year-old friend (Gavin Boy) and 6abc news anchor (Rick Williams) as they re-evaluate Owens' personal life, while battling the two sides of his personality and also trying to find substitutes for him.
On September 9, 2003, The Substitute Channel announced that the first season of the series will be recorded in Springfield, PA. On November 8, 2003, The Substitute Channel announced that the series will include Terrell Owens, Gavin Boy, and Rick Williams.

Main cast
- Terrell Owens is a 95-year-old retired school bus driver of the Springfield School District in Springfield, PA.
- Rick Williams, one of Terrell's friends to help him recap his driving skills when he was a teen. The public relations company he founded with partner Gavin Boy, Rick functions as news anchor, hospice, and best friend while managing the Terrell Owens Brand. Rick is single and is a news anchor at 6abc every weekday. He is a graduate of Drexel University and also holds an MBA in broadcast journalism.
- Gavin Boy, an 80-year-old man who is one of Terrell's best friends. Boy founded a public relations company with 6abc news anchor Rick Williams. Servicing retired school bus driver Terrell Owens, Boy and Williams manage all aspects of the Owens brand, including marketing, promotions, and public relations. He is known as "Springfield Bus Boy" for his ability to nurture and encourage clients to be their best, Gavin attributes his career vector to his childhood dreams of becoming "a school bus driver, a Sabold Elementary School principal and a drive-thru cashier."
