Tylototriton is a genus of newt known as crocodile newts or knobby newts. There are about 14 known species in this genus.[1][2][3] Many species have been described just recently. They range from northeastern India and Nepal through Burma to northern Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam and southern China.[2]
