Visitors to Kazakhstan must obtain a visa from one of the Kazakh diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.

Visa is not required for citizens of following 14 countries/territories:[1][2]

1 – 90 days
2 – 30 days
3 – 14 days

Future

Kazakhstan is planning to introduce a visa-free regime for citizens of the 34 OECD member states in 2014 in an effort to boost tourism.[17]
