Bob Harvey (born 1933) and the former bassist of the band, Jefferson Airplane in 1965. He was replaced by Jack Casady.

He co-founded the bluegrass group the Slippery Rock String Band. He was in Holy Mackerel, with Paul Williams who recorded the song "Wildflowers," and in San Francisco Blue with Brian Fowler.[1] They changed their name to Georgia Blue.[2]

Family

Harvey grew up in San Francisco and lives today in Georgia.[citation needed] He is married to Charlene Harvey[citation needed] and was previously married to Elizabeth Atwood.[citation needed] He has three children.
