John James Pullinger CB (born 1 June 1959) is the Librarian of the House of Commons and the President (2013-4) of the Royal Statistical Society.

He was educated at Alleyn's School, Dulwich, the University of Exeter and Harvard Business School.

He was a civil servant, 1980-2004, before becoming the Librarian.
