The Perlis Football Association (Malay: Persatuan Bola Sepak Perlis) is an football association that supervises football in the state of Perlis. Perlis is the smallest state in Malaysia. It was the northern part of the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia and has the Satun and Songkhla Provinces of Thailand on its northern border. It is bordered by the state of Kedah to the south. The formal name for Perlis is Perlis Indera Kayangan.
Perlis Football Association football team is a Malaysian football team based in Kangar, Perlis. The football team plays in the second division of Malaysian football, Malaysia Premier League since 2012 after regelated from 2011 Malaysia Super League. Officially Founded in 1963 and have a long-standing rivalry with Kedah FA, the two northern teams collectively known as the Northern Derby. Their home is the 20,000-seat Utama Negeri stadium and it was built in 1995 after replacing Dato Sheikh Ahmad Stadium. Perlis 's regular kit colours are Yellow shirt and shorts with blue. Perlis had their first major success in the 2004 season, when they won the Malaysia Cup 2004. Domestically, Perlis have won the Malaysia football tournament, lastly in the 2008 Malaysia Charity Shield, 2 Malaysia Cups, 1 Malaysia Super League, 3 Runner up Malaysia FA Cups, 2 Malaysia Charity Shield and 1 Malaysian League Division II title in 1989. 2006 was their debut playing in the AFC Cup and the AFC Cup 2010 withdrew.

Stadium
Utama Negeri Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kangar, Malaysia. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium holds 20,000 people and opened in 1995.
