Parfait d'Amour is a liqueur. Purple in colour, it is made with curaçao peel, vanilla, various flowers, and other herbs. It is primarily noted for it's purple colour, and is often used in cocktails primarily for it's colour.

Parfait d'Amour is primarily produced and sold in France and the Netherlands, although it is known to be available in the United States and Australia.
