Davor Vugrinec (born March 24, 1975 in Varaždin) is a Croatian football player.

He played for Trabzonspor in Turkey and US Lecce and Atalanta Bergamo, both in Italy. He now plays for Dinamo Zagreb.

He played for Croatia national football team and was a participant at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
