The Boston and Maine Railroad Depot is a historic train station at 36 Pine Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts. It is a single story brick building resting on a granite foundation, with a shallow hipped roof. The roof is pierced by cross gables which have fanlight windows. The building was constructed in 1895 to replace the original wood frame building erected when the Boston and Lowell arrived in 1863. It is the only one of Stoneham's 19th-century train stations still in its original location.[2]
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.[1] It is presently used for commercial purposes.
