The Girls Singles tournament of the 2014 Asian Junior Badminton Championships was held from February 19-23. Japanese girl Aya Ohori took the crown last year and has to defend his title this year.

Last year finalists, Ohori and Thai Busanan Ongbumrungpan were the TOP 2 seeded this year.
