Due to many years as a newspaper reporter, Mark in Iowa often gets the urge to correct mistakes. However, he's been quoted as saying, "I don't like when people correct MY mistakes. It hurts my ego." [1]
Mark in Iowa (often referred to as "Mark" [2]) is most interested in history. He avoids using Wikipedia as source material at the newspaper or for Associated Press articles, since it's so flexible.
However, in his personal life, he says he enjoys browsing the pages.
