Dmitri Protopopov
Dmitri Zakharovich Protopopov (1897–1986) (Tajik: ) was First Secretary of the Communist Party of Tajikistan between April 1938 and August 1946. He was a member of the Communist Party since 1917.[1] He was awarded twice the Order of Lenin. [2]
