Beatrice Municipal Airport (ICAO: KBIE, FAA LID: BIE) is a public use airport located three nautical miles (4.8 km) north of the central business district of Beatrice, a city in Gage County, Nebraska, United States.[1]

Facilities and aircraft

Beatrice Municipal Airport covers an area of 643 acres (260 ha) at an elevation of 1323.6 feet (403.4 m) above mean sea level. It has two runways: 18/36 is 5,602 by 100 feet (1,707 x 30 m) with a asphalt surface. Runway 14/32 is 4,401 by 100 feet (1,341 x 30 m) with a asphalt surface. For the 12-month period ending May 16, 2013, the airport had 10,175 aircraft operations, an average of 28 per day: 99% general aviation,and 2% military .[1]
