Prathi-padu is a village and a mandal in Guntur district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1]

The mandal headquarters is Prathipadu. It is an example for a modern village. The village that is having the facilities at par with the towns. NH5 goes across Prathipadu. Prathipadu has very modern amenities like a very good government hospital, police station with sub-jail.

A good number of temples, churches and mosques are there. In Prathipadu village an ancient temple of Lord Shiva is there which is called "Dandeswara Swamy Temple”.
