Troy Kelley is an Washington State's 10th State Auditor and a member of the Democratic Party.[1] He is a lieutenant colonel JAG officer in the National Guard. Kelley was a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 28th district. He was elected Washington State Auditor in 2012.[2]
