David Marshall (born 7 May 1941) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is member of Parliament for Glasgow Shettleston for the Labour Party, and was first elected in 1979.

David Saul Marshall was the first Chief Minister of Singapore, serving from the time of his election in 1955 to his resignation in 1956. He later served as Singapore's ambassador to France. He died in 1995.
