For the 1995 Eurovision Song Contest, the UK entered "Love City Groove", performed by Love City Groove. It received 76 points and 10th place.

The voting for the UK's entry took place on 31 March 1995 in a programme hosted by Terry Wogan. After three years of having one act perform all the nominated songs the UK national round for Eurovision in 1995 reverted to a multi-artist format which remains in place until 2010 (from 2011 onwards the BBC have internally selected performer and song). The nominated songs and artists for the 1995 UK national round for Eurovision, with results, were as follows:

  • I Need You - Deuce, 73,467 votes
  • Go for the Heart - Sox, 65,436 votes

  • Spinning Away - Paul Harris, 19,239 votes
  • Then There's a Knock at the Door - Fff, 17,216 votes
