Grand Indonesia Shopping Town
Grand Indonesia is a large shopping mall, luxury hotel, apartment, and office complex currently being built on the site of former Hotel Indonesia and Hotel Inna wisata, Jakarta, Indonesia. The site occupies a 7-hectare government-owned land on Central Jakarta traffic circle, popularly known as Bunderan HI. The US$242 million project is funded by a major cigarette company PT. Djarum under 30-year BOT contract.
Japanese departement store Seibu will be the one of the anchor tenant. The operation and management of the hotel and apartments is awarded to the Kempinski international hotel chain. Leading national bank Bank Central Asia will occupy most of the office floors.
The mall is expected to be completed in April 2007, the office building in July, the apartments at the end of October, and the hotel by the end of 2007.
