Image copyright problem with File:Cogosx7.png

Thanks for uploading File:Cogosx7.png. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Hello. I wonder if you would explain why you marked this edit as minor and with no edit summary? I recently addressed another edit of yours which was also inappropriately marked as minor, so I had hoped you would have taken notice. I will consider bringing this to the Arbitration Enforcement noticeboard if I see more edits inappropriately marked as minor or similar problems. Maybe I have misinterpreted the meaning of the minor designation on wikipedia. Since I first started hear some years ago, I have been editing under the assumption that a minor edit is a basic addition or change of content that does not drastically alter the format / structure of an article. OK. You shall only mark edits minor if they hardly change content at all: grammar, lay-out etc, or obvious mistakes. Many users's watchlists are such that minor edits are not shown; hence such edits often fly under the radar; therefore only pure details/corrections shall be marked as minor.
