I'm removing the images without a clear copyright status. I've contacted the uploader about that, but he didn't reply.

Is this fair use?

I believe that all images available at http://www.crvascodagama.com/fotos/thumbnails.php?album=3 are free domain, as there is no mention about copyright. However, I sent a message to Vasco to clarify this aspect, but I have no answer. It seems that they do no answer most of the e-mails received.

Special Mention?

Does it seem to anyone else tht this statement is a bit random and perhaps point of view? There doesn't seem to be anything on it in the text about vasco's role in apparently "eradicating" the racism. Also it's worded a bit opinionated, and un-encyclopaedically. I recon this statement should be removed.

Acctually the influence of Vasco was not only avoinding the influence of racism in the acceptance of players in field, but about prejudice in general, as poor white people were also not allowed to play in the official league. I explained a little about it in the topic racism just above, with the "historic answer". Unfortunatelly I couldn't find any source in english language, but the fact is well documented in portuguese, and it would be quite easy to be checked even by a non-portuguese speaker, using some automatic translator.

Unsourced tournament

At the CR_Vasco_da_Gama#Logo_and_flag, it says Vasco was the "Unbeaten Championship of Earth-and-sea". What is this? I don't see any reference to this tournament on this page, the Spanish or Portuguese wikis. What is this exactly? --MicroX (talk) 03:38, 2 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It was no tournament, it concerns the Vasco da Gama unbeaten victories at the state football and rowing championships. 159.50.249.150 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 15:28, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
