Jarek Dymek (born January 21, 1971) was a former strongman competitor from Malbork, Poland. He is a training partner of 5 time World's Strongest Man champion Mariusz Pudzianowski. In 2005 Jarek won Europe's Strongest Man, his career best win.[1] Jarek has competed in the World's Strongest Man 8 times, making the finals 5 times. His best finish was 4th in 2005.[2] Jarek is a 3 time World's Strongest Team winner with teammate Mariusz Pudzianowski.[3]
