Opening heading

This provincial electoral district contains the same boundaries as the municipality and therefore the same demographics. It seems pointless to have another page with most of the same information when you can put the electoral districts information into the municipality's article. A provincial Electoral district is a distinct entity whose boundaries are governed by Elections Nova Scotia. Argyle the community may be within the electoral district and Argyle the county may have the same boundaries, but that does not mean that that they are the same thing. Just as the City of Halifax is not the same as the Federal electoral district of Halifax, nor is the provincial electoral district of Inverness the same as the federal electoral district of Inverness nor is Inverness the community or Inverness the County. I do not agree that they should be merged. The primary information (electoral district information and results) is different and sufficient enough to maintain its own page; the demographics are secondary and supportive information. Electoral districts are not the same as communities. Windjade 14:31, 22 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
