Mary and Starr

I don't recall Mary marrying Starr. Maybe I stopped watching before the end of the series? Does anyone else remember it? Deb (talk) 18:27, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

They may have only announced it on the last episode, "Ain't We Got Fun". I'll dig out my DVD and get back to you. Clarityfiend (talk) 00:43, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like this will take a bit longer. I've got series 1, not 2. I've ordered it from the library. Clarityfiend (talk) 01:51, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
That's what I call dedication :-) Deb (talk) 15:34, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Mrs. Trotter demands we afford (most of) our guests the best service. Okay, that's settled. It's engaged they are. Clarityfiend (talk) 07:56, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Episodes list

Hi,

I redid the "Episodes" section using {{Episode list}} which I feel makes the section easier to follow. This is the same template used on many articles about TV series. I tried to use as much of the information already on the article as possible, e.g., the plot summaries for season 2. The information about the directors, writers, and original air dates is from here, here and here. Not sure if those satisfy WP:RS so I did not cite them in the article. Finally, since I have not seen any of this series and there were no plot summaries provided for season 1, I just left that section blank for the time being. There are plot summaries given for season 1 on both the IMDb and TV.com pages which can be rewritten, but if anybody has actually seen season 1 and wants to add their own plot summary for a particular episode, then feel free to do so. See WP:PLOTONLY and WP:PLOTSUM for details on how to do this. - Marchjuly (talk) 02:25, 11 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I cannot see the point of the duplicate numbers in the first series as it is simple arithmetic to work out the episode number of the series as a whole for the second series episodes. Unfortunately, I fumbled in trying to resolve this as the edit history shows.
On the RS issue, the BFI Film and TV Database entries on the episodes are probably the most authoritative source on the web. Philip Cross (talk) 05:46, 11 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
