Vision International University is an unaccredited school in Ramona, California. It specializes Christian education in ministry for academic and vocational programs. The school was started by Ken Chant and Stan DeKoven as Vision Christian College in 1974.[1]

Accreditation

It is not accredited by any accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education. Yet, according to Vision' website they are have accreditation for New South Wales and Australia making clear that they do not have accreditation in North America. [1]

Since Febuaury 2005, the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education gave Vision "religious exemption" from the "minimum" California requirements of higher education.[2]
