Lily's Driftwood Bay is a Northern Irish-American, Cel-Action 2D mixed media TV series for children. It premiered on Nick Jr in the UK and Ireland on 5th May 2014, Sprout in the USA on 12th May 2014 and ABC in Australia on 19th May 2014. It will also be seen on different worldwide networks sometime in 2014. It is produced by Sixteen South. It came to life when children's artist Joanne Carmichael began creating characters from items washed ashore on the beach behind her cottage on the Scottish Isle of Arran. Lily's Driftwood Bay is based on an original idea and characters by Joanne Carmichael. [1]
