Previous entry mis-stated the conclusion of a legal dispute relating to access to a private garden. In 2008, the subject of the profile bought a property in London. She claimed her lawyers, Withers LLP, assured her that as the owner of this property she would have rights of access to a nearby private garden. As the previous profile stated, she lost the initial legal action. However, she went on to bring a successful claim against the lawyers, Withers LLP, for negligence in relation to the advice they had provided her when she bought the property. While the subsequent case was referenced in the original profile at footnote 8, it was not mentioned in the main body of the text and there is no hyperlink to the case.
