Rashid Behbudov (December 14, 1915-1988), was an Azerbaijani singer and actor. He has singed in Azerbaijani, Persian, and Armenian, among other languages.

Born in Tblisi, Georgia, he worked in Yerevan's Philharmonia and Opera House from 1938 to 1944. He moved to Azerbaijan SSR in 1945.

In 1959, he was named "Peoples' Artist of the USSR".
