Merge

This should be merged into 2014 insurgency in Donbass. Most of the article is "background" that is already covered there, making it a fork. There are only two sentences on the actual shelling itself. RGloucester 18:31, 14 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I still find it hard to believe that this will meet WP:PERSISTENCE. Regardless, if you think you can expand the article, try to do so. I find it unlikely, however, that there is much content that can be added. RGloucester 19:32, 14 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
