Benjamin Proud is an English swimmer,[1] who is currently the commonwealth champion in the 50m butterfly and 50m freestyle events. During the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow he won three medals for team England adding bronze in the 4x100m freestyle relay to the two individual event golds.[2][3]
He currently holds both 50m Freestyle and 50m Butterfly British record.
