Turn This Mutha Out is an album by Idris Muhammad. It was produced and arranged by CTI/kudu staff man David Matthews and was aimed more at the R&B/dance market rather than to jazz buyers. It spawned two pop and R&B hits, the title track and Could Heaven Ever Be Like This. It was also one of a few albums on CTI/kudu not produced by label owner, Creed Taylor.
