Gateacre railway station was a station located on the North Liverpool Extension Line. It is sometimes reported as Gateacre & Woolton.

It closed to passengers on the 15 of May 4 1972. It was planned that it would reopen as the southern terminus of Merseyrail's Northern Line but this never happened. Even though the tracks were not lifted until of early 1979.
