Jacob Bosanquet Jr. (1755 to 30 July 1828[1]) was High Sheriff of Hertfordshire in 1803 and Chairman of the East India Company in 1798, 1803 and finally in 1811.[2]

Personal

Jacob Bosanquet acquired the manors of Broxbournebury, Hoddesdonbury and Baas.[3] He was married 27 Sep 1790 to Henrietta, daughter of Sir George Armytage, Baronet.[4] Bosanquet was father of, amongst others, George Jacob Bosanquet who was also High Sheriff of Hertfordshire.
