See Also section

Could someone please explain why this section is here? Appears fairly pointless.Ken (talk) 15:23, 5 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

IMAGES

Will reshoot the 70-200 II at a later time with large softbox... no space at the moment.

Why? The pics at the bottom of the article are largely pointless and a waste of bandwidth. The only ones of any value or interest are the ones in the table as a part of the comparason. and they appear to be fine. Ken (talk) 13:26, 31 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed, the images add almost zero information. Section removed. — Reatlas (talk) 12:03, 1 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Model II photograph

I added the f/2.8L II specs to the table, but don't have a free photograph. Does anyone have one available yet? -- Autopilot (talk) 01:39, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well if I had to make a guess, they have the mark II at CES. we will see if anything gets placed on flickr. If so, a request can be made. But realistically, I think we will not see anything until this lens is available in retail shops. Crop Factor Section

Most information here is contained in crop factor. Perhaps the calculations of "effective focal lengths with crop factors" could be included in text or tables elsewhere, and most of this section removed.

Weather Sealing

The article uses the Canon 5d MkII as an example of a weather sealed camera. Pretty sure the 5d (Mk1 and Mk2) isn't weather sealed. Adding citation needed for that... —Preceding unsigned comment added by KristianLyngstol (talkcontribs) 08:32, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
