Marin-Epagnier is located at the North-Eastern tip of Lake Neuchâtel. Elevation 455 meters, 3'925 inhabitant. It lies at the boundery between French and German languages, at a knot of highways, and has attracted numerous administrative offices and workshops of the precision industry, oriented to micro mechanics, electronics and watchmaking, several reputed watch companies, as well as sizeable super-markets.
