- it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted. The one "reference" you gave is a company represents her and is not independent as defined above, and didn't verify many of the claimed facts anyway..
- it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: radio personality... a very hard worker... owned the radio show T news... if that wasn't enough...
- None of the companies you listed apear to be linked to Wikipedia articles, so probably not notable
- No independent references to confirm that she appeared in the magazines, which, although unlinked to Wikipedia articles, are notable
