Let's All Go to the Lobby (also called The Clock) is a 1957 musical animated short feature. In fact, it was an advertisement, showing singing and dancing hot dogs, popcorn boxes, candy bars, etc., which was used during intermissions to entice theater patrons to visit the snack bar. The refreshments sang their refrain, "Let's all go to the lobby to get ourselves a treat" to the tune of "The Bear Went Over the Mountain," while a clock marked time until the next feature started.

It was produced by the Filmack Corporation and used in thousands of theaters. In 2000 the United States Library of Congress deemed the short "culturally significant" and selected it for preservation in the National Film Registry.

A similar film directed drive-in theater patrons to the snack bar. Such shorts are still used for this purpose.

The film is parodied in The Simpsons episode "Burns' Heir" in which Mr. Burns sings and dances with the snacks.

Let's All Go to the Lobby is a 1957 musical animated short feature showing singing and dancing chewing gum, popcorn, candy and soda pop which was used during intermissions to entice theater patrons to visit the snack bar. The refreshments sang their refrain, "Let's all go to the lobby to get ourselves a treat" to the tune of "The Bear Went Over the Mountain" as a family is pictured drinking "sparkling beverages", popcorn and candy.

A similar short feature called 5 Minute (or 10 Minute) Variety Show was produced around the same time for use at Outdoor Movie Theaters. Featuring popcorn, candy bars, ice cream, hot dogs, and soda pop perfoming circus-type acts as an enticement to visit the Refreshment Center while a clock marked time until the next feature started.

Both were produced by the Filmack Corporation of Chicago, IL and used in thousands of theaters. In 2000 the United States Library of Congress deemed Let's All Go To the Lobby as "culturally significant" and selected it for preservation in the National Film Registry.

The film is parodied in The Simpsons episode "Burns' Heir" in which Mr. Burns sings and dances with the snacks.

It is also parodied in The Animation Show by Mike Judge and Don Hertzfeldt. Before the intermission, a puffball figure that was previously deformed to have elongated legs and a arm disproportionally larger than the other catches on fire, and is seen walking on and off the screen as the snacks dance to the tune.
