Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby

Mark Fergus and Hawk Otsby are American screenwriters, known for their work on Children of Men (for which they were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay) and Iron Man. Their other work includes First Snow, which was also directed by Fergus, and rewrites on Cowboys & Aliens.

Alfonso Cuarón, director of Children of Men, stated that most of Fergus and Ostby's work was studio development. Cuarón went on to say, "as far as I am concerned [Fergus and Otsby] have nothing to do with my movie".[1]
