Tamara Balabolina (born 13 August 1993) is a Russian track racing cyclist.[1] After winning several medals as a junior and under-23 at the 2011 European Track Championships (under-23 & junior) she won as an elite rider the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the 2014 UEC European Track Championships.[1] Besides track cycling she also rides on the road and competed in 2013 at the Russian National Road Race Championships and Russian National Time Trial Championships.[2]

As of 31 October 2014 she is still the current Russian national track cycling record holder in the 4000 m team pursuit in a time of 4:29.842 ridden at the 2013–14 UCI Track Cycling World Cup race in Aguascalientes on 5 December 2013 together with Anastasia Chulkova, Alexandra Chekina and Galina Strelsova.[3]
