Battle of the Little Bighorn reenactment
Battle of the Little Bighorn Reenactment is a reeanactment of the Battle of the Little Bighorn. There are two conducted annually close to the anniversary of the battle in late June.
Battle of the Little Bighorn Reenactment
The Real Bird family has conducted the Battle of Little Bighorn Reenactment since 1995 on the banks of the Little Bighorn River off East Frontage Road between the Crow Agency and Garryowen, Montana. This battleis is helddone where it's believed Custer sent E and F company to attack the village. See troopers (of US Cavalry school/Custer's Last Ride adventure) and true native braves crash through the river as they did in 1876. Held Fri, Sat, and Sunday closest to 25th of June from 1-3pm.
Custer's Last Stand Reenactment
The Hardin Area Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture conducts the Custer's Last Stand Reenactment performed 6 miles outside of Hardin, Montana on Old U.S. Highway 87. Joe Medicine Crow wrote the script for the narrative in 1965, which recounts the significant events leading up to the battle. This reenactment has been cancelled for 2015, see channel 2 news billings.
