Nationality?

Why do we care about tracing the trivial patterns of the nationalities of the recipients? Is there some significants to the awarding of british vs. american artists? Unless I'm missing something, I would suggest that all of the content on which years awards went to which nationalities should be removed from the article. 70.48.8.178 (talk) 20:13, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Agree. Maybe a sentence like "Musicians from Canada, Cuba, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States have received the award."

The original compiler probably wanted to make sure it was clear it was not an international award so much as an Anglo-American award.

2015 Bob Dylan

Any reason no one has added the 2015 winner, Bob Dylan?
