The Carl E. Nelson House at 960 E. St. NE in Salem, Oregon was built in 1924. It was designed by architect Jamieson Parker. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997; the listing included two contributing buildings. It has also been known as Cottonwood Cottage Bed and Breakfast.[1]
