Christie Desir (Born 1989 in Port-au-Prince) is a Haitian beauty pageant who was crowned as Miss Haiti Universe in 2014 and will compete at Miss Universe 2014 in the United States.
Early life
Desir holds a BBA in Marketing and a Minor in Fashion Styling. Currently, she is working as marketing communication.[1]
Pageantry
Miss Haiti 2014
Previously Desir was competed at Miss Haiti 2014 and placed as the 2nd Runner-up. She was designated to compete at Miss International 2014 in Tokyo.[2]
Miss International 2014
Desir was appointed to compete at Miss International 2014, to succeed the reigning titleholder Miss International 2013, Bea Rose Santiago of The Philippines. She was unplaced.[3]
Miss Haiti Universe 2014
Desir was appointed as "Miss Haiti Universe 2014" by Magali Febles as national director in Haiti.
Miss Universe 2014
Desir is now preparing for the Miss Universe 2014 pageant with more than 90 girls around the world. Gabriela Isler of Venezuela will crown her successor at end of the event.[4]
